Details
Situated on a quiet secure road 200m from the shops & restaurants on Main Street and walking distance to Look Out beach. Beautiful views of Lookout Beach, Bay & Lagoon & the Outeniqua Mountains, and protected from the wind.
The whole house is accessible including satellite premium TV channels and Netflix and Showmax. Fibreglass pool, darts, games, books/library, gas and Weber BBQ and laundry. Beach umbrellas, chairs and towels are available.
There is a house manager who lives across the street who will open up and welcome you. They are always available and will sort out any maintenance or other issues that may arise.The maid is obligatory. She works 6 mornings a week to clean, tidy, make beds, laundry etc. Rate includes the cleaner. She is very honest and reliable. The manager looks after her.
Specials & Deposits
A 50% deposit with be requested to confirm your booking and the remaining 50% will be due one week before your arrival. A R5 000 refundable breakage deposit will be requested along with this 50% deposit.

- Jan to March, May to Nov – R1000 per room per night
- April/Easter – R1200 per room per night
- Dec to Jan – This option is not available, only the entire house is available for rental
Bottom house – Max 6 people (includes coffee/tea station and fridge, lounge and patio)
